Are Gas/Camping Stoves allowed?

Yes, they are allowed this year, however any misuse will result in you being ejected from the festival.

Where are my tickets?

We are operating an eticketing system this year through the website. This means you will not be posted a ticket for the event (for WeGotTickets/SeeTickets/Gigantic see next FAQ), you will need to print your confirmation email with ticket codes to gain entry. The email should have arrived instantly after paying from etickets.to (please also check your junk email), it will look similar to the following:

PLEASE NOTE - THIS RECEIPT IS YOUR E-TICKET. Please print it off and bring it with you on the day.

If you don't have the above email, please email tickethelp@ynotfestivals.com and we will re-issue you another copy (ensure you give us plenty of details of the transaction, e.g PayPal reference/Purchasers Name/Date Bought/Email address).

I've purchased tickets externally from WeGotTickets/See Tickets/Gigantic where are my tickets?

Please check your purchase confirmation email for details, some of these external companies will be posting their ticket to you and others will require a printed email to gain entry to the festival.

Can I purchase tickets on the gate?

Unfortunately not, we are now completely sold out! Please do not attend if you dont have a ticket as you will be turned away.

My friends are arriving a different time can they still enter the festival with the same ticket as mine?

Yes, you will need to print multiple copies of the same confirmation email and hand to each guest. Each ticket code can only be used once.

My friend can no longer attend can I get a refund?

Sorry but we cannot offer refunds in any part, but you are able to sell the ticket onto friends/family etc. Please email tickethelp@ynotfestivals.com, with the details of which names you require switching from/to. Only the purchaser of the ticket can make amendments to the booking, therefore the adjustment email must come from the one used to book the tickets, any others will be rejected.

Im worried about loosing my ID can I bring a photocopy?

Yes photocopies are fine, but please be aware event security have the final say on who is allowed to bring alcohol into the festival if your ID has been photocopied. We are operating an Under25 ID scheme, if you believe you look under 25 please bring a government approved form of ID (Drivers Licence/Passport/etc. ) form of ID with you as any alcohol can be confiscated.

Will I be searched on entering the festival?

Yes the security staff on the gates will be performing random checks, any drugs will confiscated and you will be asked to leave the festival.

Can I bring any glass bottles?

No, any glass will be confiscated on sight.
